Order Cancellation Because most of our costs are incurred when we first enter your advert onto the web site we cannot offer refunds.
Payment To keep our costs down we currently only process orders through our online store with payment by credit card. We use the secure PayPal payments gateway to process the payment for your adverts. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use the PayPal Checkout, you can use your own credit card. Simply click on the "Check out with PayPal" button at the bottom of the shopping cart page. Please contact us if you would like to pay by cheque or direct debit. There is a $10 surcharge for cheque or DD payments to cover our manual invoicing costs.
